RPS will guarantee a placed resident for 12 months. If for some unforeseen circumstance, a resident leaves prior to the expiration of their lease, RPS will place another resident at no additional cost.

• Determine appropriate market rents based on condition of unit and or based on complete rehab
• Handling all prospective resident communications
• Update and maintain marketing information and pictures on vacant / upcoming units
• Attract prospects via premium rental feeds

What this fee covers:

• RPS will maintain a positive relationship with the resident to reduce turnover
• Renew resident's lease base on updated market rents to maximize returns for property owner while maintaining good relations with the resident
• Inspection of resident's unit to confirm housekeeping and maintenance prior to renewal
• Month to Month tenants that receive a rent increase, but stay MTM are subject to a renewal fee 1x/year max.

• Setup of owner portal account in AppFolio.
• Transition of housing subsidy payments to RPS accounts
• Deposit credits towards reserves once onboarding is complete

• Replace door locks with key-less alternatives. These locks are an amenity for residents, maximize accessibility to units for vendors and technicians and lowering long term maintenance costs.

RPS will protect your vacant property with a SimpliSafe alarm system. Required for owners during the rehab process.
