Hey there! We're Kayla and Jacob Thorp, the duo behind your go-to property management company right here in Rochester, New York. Since 2015, we’ve been diving deep into the real estate world, and now we proudly own 65 rental units around our beloved city. 

We're not just about managing properties, though. We offer full-service property management and have an awesome rehab crew ready to tackle any project. From self-managing our rentals and BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) projects to flipping houses and even setting up Airbnbs, we've pretty much done it all.

As Rochester natives, we love our community and feel lucky to live and work here. When we're not busy with real estate, you can find us at our charming farmhouse, juggling life with our three little ones.
