The Rochester Property Solutions' Resident Benefits Package provides all of the benefits shown below for the low monthly price of $24.95./month, payable from your tenant portal monthly along with rent. Enrollment in the Rochester Property Solutions' Resident Benefits Package is required on ALL new leases and lease renewals.

Please Note: The Resident Benefits Package is required with all lease agreements and is billed on a monthly basis. The optional Renter’s Insurance program meets your lease obligation for obtaining renter’s insurance, but always consult an insurance professional to determine your specific needs.
