ROCHESTER PROPERTY SOLUTIONS RESIDENT BENEFITS PACKAGE

As part of your lease, you are required to carry renters insurance with at least $100,000 in liability coverage. This protects you from having to pay out-of-pocket for accidental damage you may cause to the property.

You have two options:

1. Provide your own renters insurance policy.
   • Your policy must include at least $100,000 in liability coverage.
   • You must upload proof of coverage to your Resident Portal or through Beagle’s upload link.
   • You must list our insurance partner as an additional interested party (see address below).
   • Once verified, the $18.95 monthly charge will be removed.
      

1. Use our master policy.
   • If you do not provide your own renters insurance, you will automatically be covered under our master policy.
   • Coverage includes:
     • $100,000 liability coverage
     • $10,000 personal contents coverage (for your belongings, in the event of a covered loss)

The Resident Benefits Package will apply to all homes and Residents under the Master Policy. Residents may opt out of the insurance portion of this program by showing proof of Renter’s Insurance with coverage of at least $100,000 of General Liability and naming our vendor, Beagle, as the INTERESTED PARTY for a savings of $10/mo for those residents enrolled in the RBP, or $18.95 for those NOT enrolled in the RBP.

Every resident is required to have renters insurance with at least $100,000 in liability coverage. This makes sure you’re protected from paying out-of-pocket if there’s accidental damage.

Here’s how it works depending on your lease:

• For new leases and renewals (with the Resident Benefits Package):
  • The Resident Benefits Package (RBP) is required with your lease and costs $24.95/month.
  • This price includes all the RBP benefits ($14.95) plus renters insurance ($10).
  • If you already have your own qualifying renters insurance, your cost goes down to $14.95/month—a $10 savings.
     
• For current residents (without the RBP yet):
  • You’re billed $18.95/month for insurance only.
  • If you show proof of your own qualifying renters insurance, that entire charge goes away and you save the full $18.95/month.
     

If you’re providing your own insurance, make sure your policy includes:

• At least $100,000 liability coverage. 
• Our partner, Beagle, listed as the Interested Party.

Yes – But only the Insurance Portion. Rochester Property Solutions is providing the Resident Benefits Package to all its Residents. The included insurance coverage is under a Master Policy and applied to each home under management. Residents receive the benefits of the coverage without having to go through a separate company.

Yes - This covers all of your insurance requirements to rent a house from Rochester Property Solutions

No - This is the cost overall per month. If there are multiple unrelated residents in a house the price is still a total price of $24.95 a month.

You are signed up when you sign a lease with us, and monthly billing is just attached to your monthly rental amount.

Yes - You are automatically unenrolled at move out.
